About Jude Trotter APRN
Jude, is a Nurse Practitioner with a Masters in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire and trained in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine. In addition, she has trained in Reiki and herbal medicine.
Prior to joining Discovery Health in 2017, Jude worked in oncology and palliative care. She now strives to help her clients see that through nutrition and lifestyle choices, that they can lead a long, healthy, vibrant life.
Jude lives in Madison and enjoys all things outdoors, especially gardening and walks in the woods and her beloved family. Favorite quote, “Food is Medicine!”
About Dr. Ann Marie B Giedd
Ann,is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in children, adults, elderly and family in both critical/acute care and primary care. She attended several universities and received her doctorate from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. She has worked in many specialties ranging from culturally ethnic care, health policy, and most recently in hospitalist/internal medicine for the last five years. She has worked in this position in many states across the country. Some of the places she has worked include Grady Memorial Trauma Center in Atlanta, Georgia, Howard University Hospital Trauma Center, Children’s National Healthcare Center, Veterans Administration Hospital in Washington D.C. In addition to her concierge practice, and hospitalist work, she has started to include functional medicine into her practice as a specialist with pending certification. Her most recent adventure was buying a farm in Eaton, NH with her husband and 4 cats, and moving the practice up to Conway. She has five grown children, all still living in Atlanta.
About Louise Saxby:
Louise, a native of New Hampshire, started her medical career in Radiology in 1980. She spent over 30 years in imaging from the role of technologist, mammographer, CT technologist to Certified Radiology Administrator and Director of Medical Imaging. Her passion has been in diagnostics – what is the pathology on the images that is causing the symptoms???
In 2015, Louise joined T. Murray Wellness Center as a medical assistant and lab technologist. She uses her vast experience in patient care to put patients at ease. Along with Dr. Patricia Murray, Louise provides education and support to our patients.
Louise’s latest interest is learning more daily about healthful living and sharing that with others.
Along with wellness, Louise’s passions are her kids and grandkids. She is the proud owner of 6 awesome sisters who love to consider themselves “fristers” (friends who just happen to be sisters!)
About Cherie Jewell
Cherie completed her CNA license in 1995, and received credit at White Mountain Community College as well as Gateway College focusing on health, psychology and childhood development. In 2002, she began working as the head medical secretary at Saint Raphael’s Dialysis Unit in New Haven Connecticut for several years before moving back to New Hampshire. She began working for Dr. Murray in 2012 as an Office Manager, and after training she also took on the role of Neurofeedback Technician.
She is a mother of four children ranging in age from 8 to 21 years old. She was born and raised in Connecticut, then resided in Pennsylvania for a year and a half, followed by spending six months traveling across the US before moving to the Mount Washington Valley in 1994.
Her hobbies include gardening, painting and hiking. She loves seeing people get their health back and live life without limitations. She enjoys encouraging and inspiring people to make a change in their lifestyle. She loves to hear about the life-changing testimonials from clients who have gone through Dr. Murray’s programs.
About Elaine Swett
Elaine has many years of customer service experience and has enjoyed working as a receptionist at the T. Murray Wellness Center since 2010. It has been very rewarding for her to contribute to the team effort of empowering people to optimize their health. She knows that the initial interaction with the office staff sets the tone for the office visit and prides herself in effective, genuine communication to build strong patient relationships. A highlight of her job is when patients share their personal story of how Dr. Murray has improved their health and wellness and that they are able to regain their quality of life.
She is the mother of two children and was born and raised in Manchester, NH. She graduated from Plymouth State University in 1985 and moved to the Mount Washington Valley in 1994.
When Elaine isn’t working at the T. Murray Wellness Center, you will find her out in the community working for the U.S. Forest Service and working for the after-school program (ProjectSucceed) at Pine Tree Elementary school.
Elaine’s passions are spending time with family and friends recreating in the great outdoors, travelling, exploring new places, and watching baseball.
About Pam Beaupre
Pam is the newest member of the T Murray Wellness Center Team. She started with Dr. Murray 9 months ago. She is a medical billing specialist with over 9 years of experience.
Pam has two children, Seth 27 and Karli 11 and two grandchildren ages 2 and 8 months. She was born and raised in Milton Vermont and moved to New Hampshire 16 years ago.
Pam has found out that there are many facets to Osteopathic medicine working with Dr. Murray and her mission is to make people aware of healthier choices.
About Josh Purdy
Josh joined the team in late 2015 as a part time web developer for the T. Murray Wellness Center, and is now the primary webmaster
Josh was born in California and moved around a lot as a child, eventually settling in New Hampshire. Josh went to Kennett High School where he worked with the schools programming instructor mentoring students in an after school robotics program.
Josh is excited to be a part of the team here, working to help people achieve better health!
About Rita Corbitt
Rita joined the team March of 2017. She is a graduate of Rush University College of Nursing with a BSN in 1989. In 1991, She became a Message Therapist focusing on Injury and Structure work. Since then she has been active with both careers.
Rita moved to the area in 2002 from Chicago and has a teenage daughter. She has a small farm and a large variety of interests. She enjoys combining both carers into one at the T Murray Wellness Center. She is looking forward to being part of a team that empowers people to optimize their own health.
